The Huzl app is a decentralized financial (deFi) mobile application that helps Africans leverage on the power of blockchain to perform day to day financial transactions without technical experience.

Overall, I learned that the most common pain points of using hotel booking apps were:

There is a need for improvement in the search entry and results screens (65% of users stated).
Occasionally, an excess of information and choices can lead to data saturation, leading to users looking elsewhere (25%+ of users stated).
Additional research is needed during the process to find everything the user is looking for (45% of users stated)
Fluctuations in price and undisclosed additional costs can lead to distrust of the app (55% of users stated).
With these critical pain points in mind, the app’s design prioritized:
